Schedule the Site Visit

Once we’ve reviewed the basics, we coordinate a time to inspect the property. We’ll confirm access details and make sure the timing works for all parties involved.

Conduct the On-Site Inspection

At the property, we perform a thorough inspection. We will assess buildings, drainage, layout, site functionality, and other details relevant to your property. Photos and measurements are taken to support the report.

Research and Data Collection

We gather relevant data including comparable sales, soil maps, zoning details, GIS and county records, and local market trends. We also consult with other professionals when needed.

Analysis and Valuation

Using established appraisal methods, we analyze all factors - market conditions, income potential, cost approach, and comparable properties - to determine a credible, well-supported value.

Deliver the Report

We prepare a clear, detailed appraisal report and send it to the intended users, usually you or your lender. After delivery, we remain available for any follow-up questions or clarifications.
